Who we are

District Roofing Ltd is a roofing business based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, working across Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, Beccles, Norwich and the villages in between. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us on 01502 445508 or at info@districtroofing.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because we cannot quote for work without it. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

With your consent, we use cookies to measure how the site is used. You can decline these and the site will work exactly the same. Our live chat loads either way, so you can always reach us.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, provide a written quote, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system, which is provided by HighLevel, so we can keep track of the job. Data submitted through this website is transmitted directly to that system and is not stored on the website itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Records for work we have actually carried out are kept for 6 years, because we need them for tax purposes and to honour any guarantee on the work.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring us on 01502 445508 or email info@districtroofing.co.uk and we’ll action it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies only load if you accept them in the banner on your first visit — decline and nothing that measures or advertises to you is loaded at all.
