No. District Roofing surveys the roof for free and gives you a written quote, with no obligation to go ahead.

Yes, when it is a full new roof system. Qualifying new roofs come with a guarantee of up to 25 years on workmanship and materials, depending on the system. The exact length and terms are written into your quote before you agree to anything.
No. We only guarantee full new roof systems. A repair fixes a specific problem on a roof that is otherwise old, so we tell you in writing exactly what we repaired and whether the rest of the roof is likely to need attention.
Yes. Finance options are available through Ideal4Finance, subject to status. District Roofing is a credit broker, not a lender — ask us about finance when you get your quote.
Yes. Most of our work is on houses, but we also roof commercial and industrial buildings, including large flat roofs.
Yes. We are fully insured, and our roofers are CITB-trained and NVQ-qualified.
